Our founder Craig Cook started
in business back in 1993 at the age of 21 with less than $500
and his basic hand tools. This has grown to what is now a
company with a fleet of vehicles and staff that can fix most
anything and provide you with faster, more convenient service
saving you time and money.
Craig built his company one client
at a time, never compromising on the service, quality or value
that his clients received. This customer-first attitude is
the cornerstone of our continued growth and overall success.
Today we are a leader in the field of maintenance plumbing
and provide service to over 10 000 clients annually for anything
from a dripping tap to a complete plumbing system upgrade.
Our service centre has state
of the art computerised equipment. Our customer service representatives,
dispatchers and training specialists back our fully trained
technicians.
The radio-dispatched trucks are
stocked with a wide selection of repair items, tools and equipment
enabling most jobs to be done on the spot and to provide
genuine service 7 days a week.

work of our technicians. We offer excellent warranties, some
of which are the longest in the industry. These are provided
on workmanship as well as manufacturers warranties on material.
